STATES OF BLESSLAND
The Empire of Blessland is made up of eight States:
- State of Athens
- State of New Taipei
Imperial Decree XXXIII – On Statehood and Representation, provides the foundation of Blessland’s State Administration as well as Elections held in the Empire for State Members of the Imperial Senate. New State Senators are Elected every 6 months, on 1 January and 1 June annually. Register your Candidacy for the Election.
Citizens who undertake the Annexation Process are Granted Statehood and Nobility. The most common Grant of Nobility is that of Count or Countess. The Titles of Duke or Baron are reserved for either very large or very small plots of land.
BLESSLAND CAPITAL STATE
Blessland Capital State was the initial territory claimed by the Empire of Blessland. Blessland Capital State is located in Northfield, South Australia and is currently home to the Emperor and Autocrat and the Imperial Family.
Because Blessland Capital State is the capital of the Empire of Blessland it is also home to the entirety of the Imperial Bureaucracy, and thus is responsible for providing the majority of the functionality of the Empire.
Besides being an important administrative centre, Blessland Capital State is also home to the Imperial Gardens, an important pot plant development spearheaded by the Emperor and Autocrat and maintained by the Department of Environmental Protection.
Blessland Capital State is the only State to not have Elections.

STATE OF KOKODA
State of Kokoda was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizens of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 20 June 2019.
State of Kokoda is located in Darra, Queensland and is currently home to two Citizens of the Empire of Blessland. A Citizen of Kokoda State served as the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and proved to be instrumental in aiding the development of the Court System of Blessland. The State has no Noble Lands and is fully possessed by the Empire.
The State supports a large percentage of vegetation and greenery in the Empire and thus home to many of the Empire’s trees and native wildlife. Most of the wildlife includes birds who come to visit the trees.
Kokoda also has a sub-state, the Duchy of Bertram which is located in Texas, United States.

Duchy of Bertram
The Duchy of Bertram, was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizens of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 15 May 2021. The Duchy is home to the Duke of Bertram and forms a sub-state of the State of Kokoda. The Duchy is located in Texas, United States.
The property has two houses, one of which is occupied and serves as the main hub, while the other is rented out. There are also several facility buildings across the property.
The 53 acre property is home to two manmade ponds that host perch, bass, turtles, and other aquatic species and waterfowl. It also is a haven for at least 23 deer, and many different types of rodents. Endangered species such as the Golden-Cheeked Warbler are known to hang out on the property as well.
The property’s oak trees were plagued with oak-wilt, but we are taking active measures to save the larger trees. Cedar is also abundant here, as well as milkweed (which is made into a home by Monarch butterflies during migration season)
STATE OF ARMSTRONG
State of Armstrong was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizen of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 29 August 2019. State of Armstrong is located in Armstrong Creek, Victoria and is home to the Count of Armstrong.
The Count of Armstrong is known for his planting and vegetation development and has installed many vegetable boxes in the County. Vegetables grown include: beans, peas, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, capsicums and cabbage.
The County also boasts a number of pot plants, mostly herbs and self sufficient geraniums.
Besides vegetable works the Count of Armstrong prides himself on his Freemasonry and tries to live by those beliefs and principles, namely, truth, brotherly love and charity.
The Lord Barony of Raasay forms a sub-state of Armstrong, and is located in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Lord Barony of Raasay
The Lord Barony of Raasay was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Count of Armstrong and the Government of Blessland on 27 September 2020.
The Lord Barony is located in Huntly, United Kingdom and is part of the wider “Established Titles” Aberdeenshire Estate. The Empire of Blessland specifically lays claim to Plot E513477 only.
STATE OF SAINT GEORGE
The State of Saint George was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizen of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 29 July 2020.
State of Saint George is located in Haguenau, France and is home to the Count of Saint George. The State contains the Noble Lands of the County of Saint George and Imperial Lands of the Empire.
The Count of Saint George is first Post-Master General of the Blessland Postal Service.

Monastic Garden Development
Once completed it will house 150 aromatic and medicial plants.
The County of Saint George, is also home to a large monastic garden and grows many aromatic and medicinal plants. The garden is a copy of a 12th century garden according to the principles of Saint Hildegard of Bingen, considered the first naturopath in history. The books of Saint Hildegard contain many herbal applications and remedies.
STATE OF SALOP
The State of Salop was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizen of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 25 April 2021.
State of Salop is located in Staffordshire, United Kingdom and is home to the Countess of Salop. The State contains the Noble Lands of the County of Salop and Imperial Lands of the Empire.
The Countess of Salop is the first Minister of Sports and Science of the Empire.
The State of Salop, shares borders with the United Kingdom and the residents of the State have been known to utilize the open spaces which surround the State for activities and walks.

STATE OF MARKET HILL
The State of Market Hill was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizen of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 18 May 2021 and ratified on 27 June 2021.
State of Market Hill is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina and shares borders with the United States.
The State is known to have an abundance of animals and nature, the State is frequently visited by the animals of the forest, which is located at the back of the Property.

STATE OF ATHENS
The State of Athens was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizen of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 11 August 2021.
State of Athens is located in Moschatto District, Athens and shares borders with the Hellenic Republic of Greece.

STATE OF NEW TAIPEI
The State of New Taipei was annexed into the Empire of Blessland by way of Treaty between the Citizen of the Residence and the Government of Blessland on 16 August 2021.
State of New Taipei is located in Taipei, Taiwan and shares borders with the Republic of China.
The State of New Taipei is the first State to be found in an apartment complex. It is worth noting Blessland claims the Apartment, not the entire building.
