It is the current Policy of the Empire of Blessland to maintain a “Library of Imperial Decrees” so that Citizens, Non-Citizens and Supporters may have the opportunity to review the current Decrees, Laws and Regulations of the Empire.
It is part of the Emperor and Autocrat’s Policy and Idea of maintaining a transparent and honest government where possible.
Decrees which may contain State Secrets or other important information will have those sections redacted.
