Acting Chancellor of the Imperial University of Blessland:Girish Mittal, Emperor and Autocrat of Blessland
The Imperial University of Blessland was founded on 14 August 2020 via Imperial Decree published by His Imperial Majesty Girish the first, Emperor and Autocrat of Blessland and was done so in accordance with Basic Right 17 – The Right to Access Basic Services.
It is a firm belief of His Imperial Majesty that education is the most important service a Nation can provide to her people, therefore in 2020 Education in Blessland was made 100% Free, with no tuition costs, or study costs.

Testing
This Degree has no essays or assignments to complete. Instead students must complete 4 multiple choice tests.
Practising Law in the Empire of Blessland
Completing this Degree will allow you to become a legal professional, pursue a career in a high profile legal position such as Attorney-General or Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
As of 20 September 2020, Legal Certification as regulated by Imperial Decree XXIX, is no longer required and now lasts a lifetime, unless revoked by the Department of Justice.

ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN HANGUL

Description of Degree:
This language based Degree has been compiled by the Emperor and Autocrat using the skills he has learnt. The aim of the Degree is to provide students a basic ability to read Hangul, the Korean language and alphabet, however the Degree won’t go into sentence structuring and doesn’t aim to teach students many words or phrases.
This Degree has no exams, assignments or tests. Students are required to regularly revise the provided materials.

ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN BATCHIM
Post Nominals: ADB(IUL)
Description of Degree:
This language based Degree follows the Associate Degree in Hangul and goes deeper into Korean language rules and teaches students about Batchim, the final consonant in a syllable block and how its character position, sound and meaning can change.
This Degree has no exams, assignments or tests. Students are required to regularly revise the provided materials.

Education is free and no costs are involved.

Terms and Conditions of the University
- Students must finish and pass their enrolled Degree within the prescribed time of each degree or face expulsion from the Imperial University.
- Students are expected to pass each section and module of their chosen Degree. Students are permitted 2 re-submissions of each test, assignment or project. No re-submissions are permitted for the final examination. Instructors are required to provide necessary feedback for each section and module.
